CN Rood presents strategy for 2023

On Friday 20 January and Saturday 21 January, CN Rood CEO Benny Polleunis presented the plans for 2023 in Stockholm. The entire staff was invited to Stockholm to hear, and participate in, the strategy brainstorm and also to celebrate the past year’s results together. Besides the strategic part, there was plenty of time to see Stockholm’s beautiful city centre and visit an ice hockey game. These were very successful days and all indications are that the growth of recent years will continue.

Strategy for 2023
Benny Polleunis: “Of course, our strategy for 2023 is not entirely new. We are building on the successful strategy of the past. Our goal is growth with a stronger focus on Nordics and the Baltics. We will continue to create eco-systems around different technologies with the addition of new brands to our product portfolio. We want to expand our services to our customers by investing in on-site services, training and advice. To make this possible, we will invest in new staff. We will also invest in additional marketing tools to provide more targeted information to our audience.”

Turnkey projects
Benny Polleunis: “Of course, most of our work consists of consulting and supplying T&M equipment. But we notice an increasing demand for turnkey solutions. A good example is the test set-up we are developing for Flanders Make. We are building a custom-made 530kW DC test set-up for testing electric vehicles for them. We integrate the modules and we will also ensure that the electricity network in the Flanders Make building is competent and secure. These kind of projects fit well with our strategy”
