Easyfairs International SA/NV is the parent company of a company group active in live events and meeting and fair arrangements.
Easyfairs International SA/NV and its related subsidiaries take the protection of their customers’ (exhibitors, officials, visitors, organizers, readers, advertisers, members, partners, possible customers, etc.) personal data very seriously. Therefore, our customers’ personal data is stored securely and handled with the utmost care. This also applies to personal data about our suppliers, other stakeholders and all other parties with whom we have contact.
Easyfairs International SA/NV and its related entities treat your personal data with respect for your right to privacy and only process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”), Directive 2002/58/EC on the processing of personal data and privacy protection in the electronic communications sector (“e-Privacy Directive”) and applicable national data protection laws.

WHAT is the purpose and legal basis of the data processing?
Functional cookies, absolutely necessary for the website to function
We process functional cookies to fulfill our legitimate interests (Article 6 paragraph 1. f) of the GDPR), in particular for the following purposes:
