Elektronik will be postponed to September 29-30, 2021 due to the current meeting restrictions. We will welcome our long-awaited visitors in Eriksbergshallen.

In parallel with Electronik, Advanced Engineering is arranged – Sweden’s only show with focus on product development and sourcing for the manufacturing industry. After positive feedback from both exhibitors and visitors, Easyfairs has decided to continue to arrange both shows in parallel in Gothenburg.

“With Western Sweden as the industrial centre in the Nordic region, Advanced Engineering and the Electronik show are very important meeting places for the industry. We see a great interest internationally to meet and both Elektronik & Advanced Engineering are the natural meeting places. With tech areas such as AI, Cyber Security, IoT, Industry 4.0, Space and Digitization growing in importance, the fairs have a very important role to play”, says Erik Behm, Area & Investment Manager ICT / Tech at Business Region Gothenburg (BRG) .

The network around the show longs to meet physically again. In the latest visitor survey, 90% of visitors stated that they are looking forward to visiting the show again.

“Before the Christmas holidays, we spoke with partners, exhibitors and sponsors. After careful consideration, we have jointly found the best possible solution to a challenging game plan under the current circumstances. Postponing the show has been received positively and we are optimistic about the future. The desire for personal meetings has probably never been stronger”, says Helena Crivei, Project Manager.
