Maria De Lauretis currently works as Associate Senior Lecturer at Halmstad University. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Electronics from the Luleå University of Technology (LTU), where she researched multiconductor transmission lines and conducted emissions in variable frequency drives.
Before joining Halmstad, she focused on the electromagnetic modeling of transistor packages at LTU. She also worked for Atlas Copco as EMC Engineer, where she deployed seminars for electrical and mechanical engineers and collaborated with the compliance department.
Her current research is on electromagnetic side-channel attacks. She teaches in EMC and Electronics design courses.
